The Gloucester Park project involved the refurbishment of 99 serviced apartments in an existing 12-storey building located within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
“I became personally involved in the project when I joined CGL in June 2018. Working for the contractor under a D&B contract, I carried out a wide range of tasks including coordination with engineers, production of BIM information and job management. The scope of works included the apartments, rooftop conservatories, front of house areas and staff areas.”
