We undertake site appraisals to determine whether a client’s requirements can be achieved. Once we are satisfied that architectural services are required, we help our clients set out the project’s spatial requirements, sustainability outcomes, budget and timescale.

We have equipment that allows us to undertake detailed measured surveys of existing sites. For more complex projects we will organise a point cloud survey or topographical survey.

For the concept stage we submit a professional concept design document which shows our site analysis, similar case studies and recommended design options. Each design will be illustrated using digital sketches and high resolution renders.

Once our client has selected a preferred design, we will develop it further with any necessary minor adjustments. Depending on the complexity of the design, this may include coordination with structural or M&E engineers.

We can manage the whole planning process including seeking pre-application advice, producing supporting documents, submitting applications, discharging conditions and making appeals.

We help our clients get quotes from builders that balance cost, speed and quality. We specialise in creating detailed tender documents that make tenders more competitive and provides greater project cost certainty.

We help projects run smoothly by managing the necessary permissions, contracts and schedules.

Workmanship and completeness are very important to us. We will only issue Final Certificates when we see that the works are built in accordance with the contract documents.
