Design
Sometimes the most cost-effective and delightful design is not immediately obvious. Our process begins with meeting our clients to understand their aspirations, budget and timescale. Once the brief has been agreed, we undertake either a measured or point cloud survey to generate a virtual version of the existing building before developing multiple design options. Our drawing process is so efficient that we often issue a first concept design document within a fortnight of visiting the site.
We use the latest design technology to develop our proposals including computer modelling, virtual reality and 3D printing.
Planning
With a planning approval success rate of over 90%, we have guided clients through the whole planning process in many different local authorities across London and South East England. We can provide professional advice for tight urban sites, properties in conservation areas or listed buildings. Once planning is accepted, we can help manage appeals and permissions such as Party Wall Awards and Building Regulations approval.
